1. What we collect
When you create an account we collect your mobile number, and — if you choose to give them — your name, email address, district and stated interest (investor or Shathi partner). When you contact us we collect what you put in the form.
We do not collect or store passwords. Identity documents are requested only where a specific project or partner lender requires them, and only at that point.
2. Why we use it
To verify who you are, to process and report on an investment, to answer an enquiry, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal data.
3. Who we share it with
With a partner cooperative, lender or buyer only where it is necessary for a service you have asked for, and only with the scope you consented to. Consent is recorded with its date, channel, language and scope, and can be withdrawn.
4. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete your account, and withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to info@digigramventures.com or use the account-deletion page.
5. Cookies and analytics
We store your language choice in a cookie so the site opens in the language you last used. Any analytics we add will be listed here with its purpose before it is switched on.
